What do I use peach honey on?

Use Peach Infused Raw Honey in drinks, at breakfast and on the grill. Stir it into tea or lemonade, spread it on toast or biscuits, or drizzle it over yogurt. For grilling, brush it on chicken or pork, or mix it with habanero infused honey for a sweet-and-spicy glaze. Made with Chambersburg peaches, the honey has a fresh, clean taste that also stands up well on its own, straight from the spoon.

Why did my honey turn thick or grainy?

That is crystallization, and it is natural for raw honey; it does not mean the Peach Infused Raw Honey has gone bad. Set the bottle in a bowl of warm water and stir until the honey pours smoothly again. Avoid the microwave, which can overheat it. Store the bottle at room temperature with the lid sealed. It does not need the refrigerator, and a cold spot actually makes crystals form faster.

Can kids have it?

Yes, older kids can have Peach Infused Raw Honey. Honey should never be given to babies under 12 months old, since honey can contain bacteria spores that an infant's body is not ready to handle. Once a child is past that first birthday, the peach honey is a sweet swap for jelly on toast or biscuits, or a drizzle over plain yogurt. Ask the child's doctor if you have questions about allergies or diet.
