Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Krafty Bandit! We take pride in carefully packaging every order, from our boutique apparel and essential oils to our handcrafted keepsakes. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on what you order:
- Ready-to-Ship Items (clothing, essential oils, standard jewelry): Processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Custom Handmade Items (quilts, memory bears, custom handbags, personalized jewelry): Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your order ships, as every piece is made to order.
- Mixed Orders: If your order includes both ready-to-ship and custom items, everything will ship together once the custom piece is complete. If you need your ready-to-ship items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination.
- Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after your order leaves our shop.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after shipment. Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only, not production time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping availability and rates will be updated here as they become available.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Krafty Bandit is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@kraftybandit.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we will make it right.
