Accessibility Statement

Krafty Bandit is a small, family-run shop in Belle Vernon, PA. We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These are the guidelines most businesses use to measure how accessible a website is.

What we have done

  • We checked the site with automated testing on desktop and phone screens in September 2026, then fixed what we found. The fixes included labels on form fields, color contrast, heading order, image descriptions, and keyboard access to scrolling areas.
  • We write text descriptions (alt text) for product photos and check new products as we add them.
  • We use a Shopify theme that supports keyboard navigation, visible focus outlines, and a "skip to content" link.

Known limits

Some parts of the site come from other companies, and we cannot change all of their code. These include the email sign-up pop-up, the reviews section, the rewards button, the Google and Better Business Bureau badges, and the checkout pages that Shopify runs. When we find a problem in one of those parts, we fix what we can from our side and report the rest to the company that makes it.

Automated tests cannot catch everything. If something on the site does not work for you, we want to know.
