Why did my honey turn thick or grainy?

That is crystallization, and it is natural for raw honey. Set the mint honey bottle in a bowl of warm water and stir until it pours smoothly again. Avoid the microwave, which can overheat it. Store the bottle at room temperature with the lid sealed; honey does not need the refrigerator.
