Most baby clothing is sized by age in months, such as 0-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-12, 12-18, and 18-24 months, then moves into toddler sizes (2T to 5T) and kids' sizes. These are general guidelines, not exact rules, because every baby grows at their own pace.
