How long does custom embroidery take?

Turnaround comes down to two things: the idea and how much material is involved, and our current back-order time, which can vary with the season. Tell us your timeframe up front and we will give you an honest estimate. On a tight deadline? Ask about a rush order and we will do our best to move your piece up the queue.

Can I mail my item in?

Yes. We serve the Mon Valley and Greater Pittsburgh area in person, including Westmoreland, Fayette, and Washington counties, and we accept mailed-in items from anywhere in the United States for personalization.
