How do I use turmeric honey?

Stir Orange Turmeric Infused Honey into morning tea or a smoothie, drizzle it over toast or yogurt, or mix a spoonful into warm water for a simple honey drink. Some people enjoy it straight off the spoon. The blend of pure raw honey, turmeric and orange gives a bright, earthy, golden sweetness, so it also suits oatmeal or a glaze for roasted carrots. Turmeric can stain, so wipe up drips on light counters quickly.

Why did my honey turn thick or grainy?

That is crystallization, and it is natural for raw honey. Set the orange turmeric honey bottle in a bowl of warm water and stir until it pours smoothly again. Avoid the microwave, which can overheat it. Store the bottle at room temperature with the lid sealed; honey does not need the refrigerator.
