Krafty Bandit Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- All returns are store credit only unless the manufacturer has a defect. After inspection of defective items, the determination of return will be addressed.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as clearance or "As is", are final sales and are ineligible for return.
- The original receipt must accompany all returns.
- Custom order returns are outlined in the description of the Custom Order Policy.
2. Processing Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit only. This will be given in the form of a Krafty Bandit gift card.
- Defected items are the only refund/exchange opportunity for the original refund.
3. Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please first return the original item following the above steps and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Online Sales:
- Online sale needs to be shipped at your expense back to the store.
- Once an item is received the above process will take place.
