The short version: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt. Returns are issued as Krafty Bandit store credit, except when an item is damaged or defective due to our error (including shipping damage), in which case you'll receive a refund or replacement. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility; if it arrived damaged, we cover it. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
